For content or service providers, shortcodes are a means of charging for content or services to mobile users via their subscription to their operator (whether it be a pay monthly or prepay arrangement). The characteristics and features of shortcode services operated by RoutoMessaging are as follows:

You will need to decide what value from a short code tariff that the mobile user is to be charged and whether the charge should be upon the mobile user sending a message (mobile originated) or you sending them a message (mobile terminated) or even both where possible. The range of short code values can be broadly categorized as follow:

Premium - by far the most popular– the user is charged a premium above their standard rate and out payment is made to you .

No premium - the mobile user pays a value that is close to their standard rate and no outpayment is due from the operator to you or vice versa.

Zero value - the mobile user pays nothing but you make an outpayment to operator through www.sms4host.com  for each message - the outpayment is quoted as a negative figure.

:- Outpayments by operators above a specified total amount per month will be passed on to you. Below this amount, outpayments are not be made.
:- Outpayments from or to operators are subject to a traffic fee by us.This is a very small commission to make delivering the service worth its while.
:- Messages can only be received from operators within the country concerned.
:- Messages are sent and received by you through our HTTP (to a URL) or SMPP APIs.
:- Provisioning of shared short codes typically takes 2-4 weeks and dedicated shortcodes 4-8 weeks.
:- The pricing model comprises of a Connection Fee and a Monthly Fee and Traffic fees - all these variables depend on the country concerned as to whether they exist and if so, what amount. The first invoice will consist of the Connection Fee and the first 3 months’ fees in advance (again, only if these fees apply).  The time it takes to make outpayments to you depends on the country concerned.
:- In addition, a minimum prepayment for mobile terminated messages is required for new clients.
:- We will provide 2nd line support meaning that we will support you but not support the end / mobile user.
:- Certain codes of conduct and / or legal guidelines need to be strictly adhered to - the nature of such varies on the country concerned.
:- A subscription model can be set up allowing users to opt in and opt out for some countries

Price :- 8000 Rs/Yearly for 5 Digit Code
